Trisha’s Diet Blog Returns – 30 lbs Down

When I get to my 40 pound mark (originally I said I wanted to lose 80...so that's my halfway) - I have THE best video planned. A little song and dance and very little clothing ;) Ha. Losing weight is soooo not good for an exhibitionist...I'll never be able to keep any items on me - just like when I was a baby!!!

ANYWAYS...

I hope to do some more diet blogs in the future...trying to get back on it myself!!!! But hopefully I can take my camera on my hikes and I'm hoping to my pole dance classes (that I now teach)!! So yay!!!

    Totally making me jealous! I have SLACKED on my diet/exercise – thank goodness you have given me the motivation to get back at it! Woo! But, I HATE exercise :-( I can totally do the eating but the working out is soo blah!

    FLOORTJE – holland?!??!!??! holland?!?!?!?! you mean grindhousebarbie is INTERNATIONAL?!?!?!? whaaaaaaaaaaaaaa??? haha. seriously. that’s sooooooooooooooo cool. it means alot that you watch!!!!! I mean, I first made these vids to entertain mysef…but its cool others like it toooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!! create my own little world……and only the cool kids (like you and me) are in it

    oh and ellie, my dear – trust me. I’ve been off track waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more than I care to mention. holidays were rough for me. bad breakup made me do a downward spiral. crash diets threw me off. but you know what I think the secret is?????? sticking with it. exercise SUCKS, no doubt. but I do at least AT LEAST an hour of cardio a day. sometimes its going roller skating (which can turn into like 4 hours before you know it), sometimes its dragging my butt to the gym to get on that elpitcal (I loooove watching shows like DWTS when I do it or Biggest Loser…extra motivation) you can do it!!! I mean it only equals to like 5lbs a month the way I’ve been doing it…but its a slow process you know????

    to me – that means more than anything else. it keeps me going and keeps me creating…and just puts me in a goooooooooood mood. hopefully I can do the same!

    geek-con is always Comic Con San Diego. im trying to save up money. I already pre-registered while i was there in 2009, so I know I will get my pass, but I don’t know about spending money. kinda tight for $$. but yeah lets geek-it-up ! :)

    Awwe sorry to hear that! Same thing with me! Bad breakup in Dec – cheated on me. Turned to ice-cream, ha! But
    Now I’m slowly getting back at it. I love to bike ride so maybe that, also love dancing, thinking of starting pole dancing classes
    Or buying the Carmen Electra pole!!
    Also, I think losing only a little a week is best, gives your body time to adjust so not many stretch marks/loose skin!
    And you’re more likely to keep it off!!

    You’ve done so well and are looking fabulous!
    I’m gonna try and do at least 30 mins cardio today (to start with then build to an hour)
    Just hope that by losing weight I don’t lose the big big boobies. Ha!
