Trisha’s Diet Blog Day 2 – Taking the Stairs…

ohmygoodness, y'all, I was really out of breath by that second flight of stairs - not good.

But it's okay because that is EXACTLY why I am making this change.

I only had like 30 minutes at the gym so I decided to just do cardio and light weights which isn't a lot but well, better than nothing.

So when I was coming home - waiting soooo long for the elevator - I was like wait, I can even get more cardio in by taking the steps up...and that is exactly what I did. Its a tip that I have not been given but felt I should share because really this can apply to anywhere you are at - like the airport, the mall, amusement parks, parking garages...which is all I am going to be doing from now on!

Oh - and I weighed in at 187 today!!! I was sooo strict yesterday with only lean protein and vegetables - and I did about an hour cardio. But I won't weigh myself until next Wednesday (a week from when I started) because I know I can't possibly lose EVERYDAY...so I just don't want to get discouraged!

Thanks again for all your tips and advice - I will be trying them all (well except for the ones I can't do...like not eating) haha.
