But omg I totally am going to now!! Hehe, I also credit most of my weight loss to drinking more, and I've found the best way For me to get myself to drink A LOT, is to have a bottle of water or something with me At all times, coz I don't know about you, but I have this weird thing where if I have a drink In front of me, I'll just keep reaching for it, until I've finished it all lol.
